The retreat begins on Friday, February 20 at the Riverbend Retreat Center.  1232 County Road 411B, Glen Rose  76043

We meet in the Riverside Room (red arrow on the map), which is just past the Dining Hall in the office building.

Arrive  after 4 pm on Friday.  Dinner starts at 6:30, with BBQ chicken sandwiches.  If you will be arriving after 7:30, plan to have dinner on the road before you arrive.  The program starts around 7:45.

When you arrive at the Riverside Room:
1.  Pick up your name tag lanyard.
2.  Stop by the registration table to get your room or cabin assignment.
3.  You can also register for the Annie Oakley game, the Cornhole competition, and the Knife Raffle.

NOTE:
1.  No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are allowed on premises.
2.  No pets.
3.  No indoor smoking.
4.  Rooms are unlocked and without keys, so please keep your shotguns, archery equipment and other valuables locked in your vehicle.

The retreat will end by 11 on Sunday morning.
