It was great seeing every one Monday evening to enjoy a meal, fellowship and encouragement by gathering together.  Thank you so much for helping us celebrate in our new location.

The Cook Team, with the help of some of the guys, boiled up some awesome crawfish.  So good! Thanks guys.

Thanks to all who brought new guys with you to the meeting.  This is the primary way that the ministry of Legacy Outfitters grows to reach more men in our area. What a great group, we had well over 200 men in attendance.

Cody Wells presented a series of photos that both gave us a good laugh and helped us to celebrate the success of recent fishing trips.

Terry Newman encouraged us to participate in the Focus Group meetings to have spiritual conversations with men who share the same outdoor interests.

Scott Robison touched on this month's Fire Pit Topic, Calmness where he challenged us to follow the example of Jesus from Mark chapter 4 and be calm in the midst of chaos.  Those around you are watching, be example for your wife, children, coworkers and friends.  Scott encouraged us to get involved in focus groups and walk alongside one another.  He asked us to sign up for a focus group and take the next step to grow our faith.  We all want to be better husbands; fathers and leaders in our local communities.  Having spiritual discussions with other men brings us closer to Jesus and helps us to be the men God has called us to be.

Jeff Fritscher spent a couple minutes talking about what Legacy Outfitters is what it is not.  Legacy Outfitters is not a church; we are a spiritual fellowship where we come to share each other’s trials and triumphs.  Our mission is to disciple men to stand up in their homes, their workplaces and their local churches.
